Founder & Owner
For Mikhail, construction has always been about people first.
With more than two decades of experience, he remains personally involved throughout the building process—helping clients navigate decisions, solve challenges, and bring their vision to life.
That hands-on approach has become one of the defining characteristics of Diamond Design Construction.
By staying closely involved from planning through completion, Mikhail helps ensure every project reflects the level of quality, communication, and craftsmanship clients expect.
Our Process
Discovery
We start by listening. Understanding your goals, vision, priorities, timeline, and budget is the foundation of a successful project.
Planning & Design
We develop the details. From refining plans to selections and permitting, we prepare every element before construction begins.
Pre-Construction
We create a clear plan. Finalizing the schedule, ordering materials, and coordinating your project team for a smooth start.
Construction
We bring your vision to life. Our team builds with care, maintains open communication, and keeps you informed.
Quality Assurance
We don’t cut corners. We inspect our work throughout the process to ensure every detail meets our high standards.
Completion
We finish the right way. A thorough walkthrough ensures every detail is complete and every expectation has been met.
Built To Be Lived In
A home may take months to build. The life lived inside it can span generations.
That’s a responsibility we never take lightly.
Every decision, every detail, and every finished space is built with the understanding that it will become part of someone’s story for years to come.
We believe the best homes are not only beautiful when completed—they continue serving families for decades after construction is finished.
